Terms of Purchase and Refund Policy

We are so happy you decided to consider purchasing a product or service from us here at Transformation Columbus, LLC (“us”). Your satisfaction is very important to us! These Terms of Purchase and Refund Policy apply to all purchases you make from us via our website, over the phone, in-person, or in any other manner.

Disclaimer

All our training programs and services are aimed at helping you achieve certain results in your life and fitness. However, we cannot and do not guarantee any specific outcome or that you will achieve any particular goal. We are providing our proven programs and services to you and you are solely responsible for what you do with any of the information we provide and any outcomes that result. Furthermore, any testimonials of other clients in our programs are no guarantee of your own success but simply provided as examples of what others are doing.

Returns and Refunds

All Sales are FINAL. However, if after engaging in services, you are not fully satisfied with any of our products or services, please contact train@transformationcolumbus.com. Note, however, we will not consider ANY returns or refunds on any of our products or services if the client has not followed the entire program as outlined for at least 6 weeks. Which means showing up for all workout sessions, engaging in fasted cardio every day it is prescribed and following the meal plans explicitly. We want to see you meet your goals and we know you can, if you don't give up and follow the program. Our tough-love return policy is there to help you reach your goals!

Name and Likeness Permission & Release

You agree that if you train in our facility, join our challenge in-person or online you give us permission to audio and video record and photograph you, and to use your name, likeness, audio, video, and photograph of you at the for any purpose, in any manner, in any medium, now known or hereafter developed. You irrevocably grant to us the rights to use your name, likeness, and any audio/video recordings of you without further payment and without the ability to review the final product.

Payment Plans

If you purchase a product or service utilizing a payment plan, you are responsible for all agreed-upon payments. If any payments are not timely received, the entire purchase is void and no payments will be refunded. If you use a third-party lender, even one suggested by us, you agree that you will perform your own due diligence and further acknowledge that we have no knowledge of any lender or offer any financial advice.

Affiliates

We make no representations of any kind as to any products and services of any of our affiliates. Any purchase made through a third-party affiliate is subject to the affiliate’s own terms and conditions.

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for failure or delay of performance if caused by an act of God; hostility; telecommunication outage; government restrictions; a pandemic or other event outside of our reasonable control.
